IMPORTANT: Advance tickets guarantee admission up to 10.30pm. If you arrive after this time, on a busy night we may have re-sold your ticket, in which case you can either claim a refund at the door on the night or wait until people leave. Refunds will not be given in any other circumstances except cancellation of the event.
Table reservations: People often ask us if it’s possible to reserve a table for a group or party. In fact it has become so popular that there haven’t been enough tables free for people who aren’t in a group. Some people have been disappointed that the size of their table has not been sufficent for the size of the group. So from now on, to avoid disappointment the smaller tables cannot be reserved. If you are having a special celebration and have a large group attending, we may be able to allocate one of the larger tables for you – contact Graham on 020 8946 2664. Please note the number of these is strictly limited; furthermore we do not have staff available to ‘police’ seating and you will still find that the seats will be fewer than the number in your party – after all you’re not supposed to be sitting down much!
Do you need to buy in advance? We always hold back tickets to sell on the door, but the events are popular so if you are planning on arriving a little later on and want to be sure of admission it makes sense to buy in advance. Tickets may be purchased up to 6pm on the day of the event and are delivered as an email. Print that off and bring it along, or make a note of the booking reference.
